• We strive to display all product images, descriptions, and details accurately.
• However, due to variations in lighting, screen display, and the handmade or customized nature of our items, slight differences in color, shape, or scent may occur.
• Scent perception varies individually; differences in personal preference are not considered defects.
3. Orders
• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, errors in pricing, or suspected misuse.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Prices & Payment
• All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update or modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are securely processed through the available payment gateways (KNET, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international delivery fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times depend on your location and the nature of the order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
• Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate before checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for our products due to their nature (bukhor, fragrances and personalized items).
• Exchanges are accepted only if your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product.
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, product descriptions, and logos — is the exclusive property of Atik.
No part of this website may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Atik is not responsible for any damages resulting from:

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Environmental factors such as heat or humidity affecting the product condition

• جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك.
• نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
• تتم معالجة المدفوعات بشكل آمن من خلال بوابات الدفع المتاحة (KNET، وApple Pay، وVisa، وMastercard، إلخ).
• يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية أي رسوم جمركية أو رسوم توصيل دولية.
5. الشحن والتوصيل
• تعتمد أوقات التسليم على موقعك وطبيعة الطلب.
• نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخيرات التي يسببها شركات الشحن، أو الجمارك، أو تفاصيل التسليم غير الصحيحة التي يقدمها العميل.
• يرجى التأكد من أن عنوان التسليم ومعلومات الاتصال الخاصة بك دقيقة قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.
6. الاستبدال والاسترجاع
جميع المبيعات نهائية. نحن لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات أو تقديم المبالغ المستردة (Refunds) لمنتجاتنا نظراً لطبيعتها (البخور، والعطور، والأصناف المخصصة).
• يتم قبول الاستبدال (Exchanges) فقط إذا وصل المنتج إليك تالفاًأو إذا تلقيت المنتج الخطأ.
• يجب عليك الاتصال بنا خلال 24 ساعة من التسليم.

7. الملكية الفكرية
